Job Description: Evaluate documents and proofs to determine who to pursue for subrogation, issue demands to third\-party carriers (TPC), follow up via calls and emails, and send cases to collections if the adverse party is uninsured. Engage in discussions and negotiations with TPC after issuing demands, coordinating with TPC, insured parties, and vendors to drive recovery to closure. For arbitration, write contentions defending the insured, file them in the arbitration forum along with proofs and scene diagrams.
Responsibilities: The candidate will be part of the EXL CLUJ MI Client Consulting team and shall be responsible for managing and supporting reporting / travel consulting to American Express as well as their end clients
Essential Functions of this Position

- Processes pre\-defined reports and ad\-hoc reports employing Client reporting tool and uses appropriate filters to derive at meaningful interpretation of results;
- The Client Reporting process supports France, Germany, Switzerland, and the Nordics through structured business reviews, SLA performance reporting, presentations, and DK setup/implementation activities.
- Ensures seamless/ efficient execution and delivery;
- Works in an organized manner, utilizing established procedures to meet or exceed predetermined performance standards while adhering to the agreement incorporated between AMEX and the client.
- Manages and develops customer relationship
- Designs and implements dashboards, thinks outside the box
- Conducts deep dive analysis during escalations and provides for a sustainable solution
- Organizes processes for migration of reports / scorecards
- Identifies the automation possibilities and executes them to drive operational efficiencies
- Assists with process improvement opportunities by identifying possible areas of automation
- Manages multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Has ability to ensure timely generation of reports with appropriate measures for accuracy
- Develops QC checks for reports and makes appropriate recommendations where applicable
- Helps in data mining and effective use of data to drive business goals
- Effectively work and communicate with all departments within EXL Services and MICC department to fulfill client requirements in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ability to share knowledge \& provide new insights and developments with other analysts in order to aid in development.
- Operates in a team\-oriented environment with a strong sense of responsibility toward team members and engagement objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.).
