Job Description: Provide comprehensive healthcare management to facilitate delivery of appropriate quality healthcare, address member queries over chat, email, ECHS. Making outbound calls wherever required.

• Qualifications: High School Graduate/Diploma with CEF B1\-5 Level proficiency, one year of experience in a voice process or prior level with eighteen months of process experience
• Proficient in computer operations, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem\-solving and comprehension skills
