• *Scope of Work / Job Description**

* Preparation of **Project Reports** for bank funding, including

• Business overview \& promoter profile
• Industry \& market analysis
• Technical and operational details
• Cost of project \& means of finance
• Profitability and break\-even analysis
• Preparation and finalisation of **CMA Data** for bank loan proposals:
• Compliance on NBFC / RBI.
• Knowledge on list of loan documents and processing.
• Stamp Duty
• Bank Gurantee
• **Past financial analysis**
• **Projected Balance Sheet, P\&L, and Cash Flow**
• Fund Flow \& Key Financial Ratios
• Working Capital assessment (MPBF method)
• Bank \& NBFC lending process knowledge.
• Liaison with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for:
• **Term loan and working capital limits**
• **Clarifications, revisions, and credit queries**
• Understanding of banking norms, RBI guidelines, and credit appraisal requirements
• Coordination with CA, auditors, and clients for financial data collection and validation
• **Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.**
• **Prepare and analyze MIS, financial reports, and variance analysis.**
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and working capital.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain financial data, models, and management reports.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
