Akshayakalpa delivers fresh organic dairy from farm to customer. This executive keeps stock accurate, inbound receipts clean, dispatches on time, and customer queries resolved, all for perishable products where timing matters.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

### **Inventory**

• Maintain accurate stock records across the warehouse or hub, and reconcile physical stock against system stock.
• Run daily and weekly cycle counts, and track expiry and shelf life using FEFO.
• Report wastage, damages, and shrinkage with root causes.

### **Inbound**

• Coordinate receipt of milk and dairy products from farms, processing units, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with cold chain transporters for early\-morning arrivals at the Mumbai hub.
• Check quantity, quality, and temperature on arrival, and raise GRNs accurately and on time.
• Flag shortages, rejections, and cold chain breaches to the relevant teams.

### **Outbound**

• Plan and track daily dispatches, covering order picking, packing, and vehicle loading.
• Plan routes across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, accounting for traffic and delivery slot windows.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and route teams to meet delivery slots.
• Resolve delays, missed deliveries, and returns quickly.

### **Customer Chat Support**

• Handle customer queries on chat and email about orders, deliveries, and product issues.
• Coordinate with operations to fix issues and close tickets within TAT.
• Record recurring complaints and share them with the team.

### **Reporting**

• Build daily MIS reports on stock, dispatch, fill rate, and wastage in Excel.
• Highlight variances and suggest improvements.
• *Requirements**
• ---------------

• Graduate in any discipline (commerce, supply chain, or business preferred).
• 1\-3 years in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas.
• Hands\-on knowledge of inbound and outbound processes and GRN/dispatch documentation.
• Good written communication for chat and email support.
• Comfortable with early\-morning operations and tight timelines.

• Experience in dairy, FMCG, food, or cold chain.
• Experience in quick commerce or D2C delivery in Mumbai.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS tools such as Zoho, SAP, or Tally.
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO and basic food safety practices.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus.
