Job Description

  • *Executive or Senior Executive – Performance Marketing (1 Position)** **Purpose of the Role**

To drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through data\-driven performance marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms, with a primary focus on the US and International markets. **Key Responsibilities*** Plan, execute, and optimize high\-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).

  • Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns targeting the US and International markets, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Merchant Center, including product feed management, diagnostics, and Shopping Ads.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution models using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and e\-commerce sales.
  • Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, website, and product teams to develop high\-converting campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e\-commerce advertising best practices.
  • *Required Skills*** 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in an e\-commerce/D2C field.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for the US and International markets.
  • Strong experience with Google Merchant Center, including product feed management, Shopping Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands\-on experience with Shopify and its integration with Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, campaign experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with UTM tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
