Role Summary
The Recruitment Telecalling Executive will be responsible for supporting blue\-collar hiring requirements by sourcing, calling, screening, and coordinating candidates. The role involves managing candidate leads received through Meta Ads, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels, ensuring timely interview scheduling and candidate follow\-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage candidates for blue\-collar positions.
- Handle candidate leads received through Meta Ads, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment sources.
- Explain job roles, salary structure, benefits, and work locations to candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening based on hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview attendance, selection status, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow\-up.
- Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns as per business requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and hiring targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment support can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal and follow\-up skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
