Executive-SAP HCM

We are looking for an experienced **Executive – SAP HCM** with a minimum of 3 years of experience, primarily specializing in **SAP HCM Payroll**. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, SAP HCM configuration, and payroll troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Handle payroll processing, wage types, payroll schemas, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Troubleshoot payroll errors and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and processing.
• Work on payroll configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Support payroll integration with other SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Analyze business requirements and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with technical teams for required enhancements.
• Perform testing, including unit testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support, maintain documentation, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of payroll configuration, wage types, payroll schemas, and PCRs.
• Experience in payroll processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of SAP HCM modules such as PA and OM.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP S/4HANA HCM is an advantage, where relevant.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
