We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment for various technology roles while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of IT skills, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/Technology positions.
• Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and align sourcing strategy accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social platforms, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical fitment, communication, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and pipeline reports.
• Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams for offer rollout and onboarding activities.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good understanding of IT/Technical skills and hiring terminology.
• Experience in hiring for technologies such as .NET, Java, QA, DevOps, PHP, Node.js, Product, Support, etc.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
• Experience working on recruitment portals and ATS systems.

• *Preferred Qualification:**

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
