Expansion Executive/BDM – Mumbai \| Kannu Ki Chai

• *Location:** Mumbai \& MMR

• *Role Objective:**

Responsible for identifying and developing new outlet locations for Kannu Ki Chai across Mumbai and MMR, from property sourcing to site approval and pre\-opening coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify high\-footfall locations and potential properties.
• Conduct market surveys and site visits.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers and franchise partners.
• Evaluate rent, deposit, area, frontage, footfall and commercial feasibility.
• Prepare site evaluation and commercial reports.
• Support franchise expansion and location finalization.
• Coordinate with Projects, Operations, HR, Procurement and Finance for new outlet openings.
• Maintain property pipeline and weekly expansion MIS.
• Ensure all locations and commercial commitments follow KKC approval processes.

• *Required Skills:**

• 2–5 years in QSR, retail expansion, real estate, franchise or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai/MMR commercial markets.
• Good negotiation, networking and communication skills.
• Strong follow\-up and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• *KPI:** Quality property leads, site visits, approved locations, site conversion, franchise pipeline and timely outlet opening support.
