Ltd. is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive software **tester** with 2–3 years of experience who is interested in transitioning into project coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in manual software testing, defect tracking, client communication, and project coordination activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Software Testing Responsibilities**

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug\-tracking tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify bug fixes.
• Prepare testing reports and quality assurance documentation.
• Ensure software products meet business and quality requirements.

• *Project Coordination Responsibilities**

• Coordinate with developers, designers, clients, and management teams.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task tracking.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), project reports, and status updates.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

• *Required Skills**

• 2–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in writing test cases, bug reporting, and test documentation.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience working in an IT services or software development company.
• Knowledge of Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology will be an advantage.
