Export Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors/importers across UAE and GCC markets.
• Develop and execute export sales strategies, focusing on the HORECA and food distribution sectors.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage export pricing, landed costs, distributor margins, and commercial negotiations.
• Handle end\-to\-end export operations, documentation, shipping coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee reefer container shipments, ensuring temperature compliance and timely deliveries.
• Manage distributor relationships, payment collections, and export sales performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and participate in international trade exhibitions.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales/exports, preferably in the Food/Dairy industry.
• **Mandatory experience in UAE/GCC markets.**
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, regulatory compliance, and reefer shipments.
• Existing network of UAE/GCC food importers and distributors preferred.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and communication skills.
• Self\-driven, result\-oriented, and willing to travel internationally.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
