Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Export Manager to manage and oversee the company's export operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers, managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and developing new international business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in export procedures, international logistics, documentation, customs clearance and international customer coordination.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Manage complete export operations, from order receipt to final shipment and payment realization.
• Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, orders and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, delivery schedules and shipment requirements.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill and Certificate of Origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and transporters.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
• Handle export\-related banking documentation and coordinate with banks for foreign remittances.
• Monitor export payments, outstanding invoices and follow up with international customers.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI and other applicable export regulations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Accounts departments for timely execution of export orders.
• Maintain export records, shipment reports and customer documentation.
• Monitor international market trends and identify potential export business opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment or documentation\-related issues.
• Manage export incentives and benefits wherever applicable.

Required Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of Export\-Import (EXIM) procedures.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance.
• Understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, etc.).
• Knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding.
• Understanding of DGFT, GST and customs regulations.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Realisation Certificate (e\-BRC) and foreign remittances.
• Good command of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• International customer handling and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (International Business) / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 4–7 years of experience in export operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or automobile component exports will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of export documentation, shipment coordination and international trade procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple export orders and meet shipment deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
