Export Marketing Executive

• *Export marketing professionals require a diverse set of skills to effectively promote products and services in international markets. Key competencies include:**

• **Market Development:**
• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and buyers in Worldwide for the company's products.
• Conduct market research on demand, pricing, competitors, and consumer preferences in the Worldwide market.
• Build and maintain a customer database for Worldwide.
• **Marketing \& Sales Strategy:**
• Develop and implement effective export marketing plans tailored for China/Worldwide.
• Participate in virtual/international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings targeting Chinese clients/Worldwide.
• Prepare country\-specific marketing material, presentations, and digital campaigns in Chinese/Worldwide (with translator if required).
• **Client Communication \& Relationship Management:**
• Coordinate with Chinese/Worldwide customers/distributors via email, phone, and video calls.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, product samples, and pricing negotiations.
• Maintain strong business relationships and provide after\-sales support.
• **Documentation \& Compliance:**
• Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for shipments, LC (Letter of Credit), and export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Chinas import regulations, labeling, certifications, and packaging standards.
• Liaise with export promotion councils, DGFT, and Chinese authorities (as required).
• **Reporting \& Analysis:**
• Track and report monthly sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Monitor payment schedules and support finance teams in recovering export payments.
• **Digital Marketing Proficiency:**
• Utilizing online platforms and tools, including social media, SEO, and data analytics, expands reach and drives engagement in global markets.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹34,000\.00 per month
