Krishgen Biosystems is looking for a proactive and growth\-oriented Export Sales \& Business Development Manager to support and expand our international business operations. The role involves managing distributors, handling export inquiries and negotiations, supporting digital lead growth, and driving overall export business expansion. The position also includes supervising one team member handling quotations and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
\* Drive growth of export business across existing and new international markets
\* Manage relationships with international distributors and channel partners
\* Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures with distributors and end users
\* Support growth of direct business generated through Google advertising, website inquiries, and digital campaigns
\* Conduct monthly business reviews and quarterly distributor reviews with reports and growth analysis
\* Identify new business opportunities, markets, and areas for expansion
\* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of export orders and customer requirements
\* Manage one team member responsible for quotations, PO processing, and customer coordination
\* Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to international business growth
\* 3 to 6 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or distributor management
\* Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or related industries preferred
\* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
\* Organized, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
\* Comfortable handling reports, sales analysis, and follow\-ups independently
\* Ability to take ownership and work with responsibility in a growing business environment
