Job Description
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documents, and certificates.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Follow up on payments, shipment schedules, and customer feedback.
