Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced F\&B Controller to manage and monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, procurement, and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and minimizing wastage across F\&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
• Maintain daily records of food and beverage purchases, consumption, and stock.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor food costs, beverage costs, and overall operational expenses.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and vendor bills.
• Coordinate with kitchen, restaurant, and procurement teams.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock and consumption.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor wastage, pilferage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper implementation of stock control procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in F\&B Controlling.
• Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food costing, beverage costing, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
