Data Architect – Microsoft Fabric

• *Location:** India initially, with mandatory relocation to the UK after 6 months, subject to performance and hiring approval.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong hands\-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric to design and implement scalable, secure, and high\-performance data architectures for enterprise data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end\-to\-end data architectures using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop data models, data pipelines, and data flow diagrams.
• Define data integration, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data management strategies.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and query performance.
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and availability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Maintain architecture documentation and follow data architecture best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• **12\+ years of overall IT/data engineering experience.**
• **Hands\-on experience in Microsoft Fabric Architecture** with practical implementation experience.
• Strong background in data engineering, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• **Education:** BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech only. BCA, MCA, MSc, B.Com and other non\-engineering qualifications are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure data services and other big data technologies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Data Engineer.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving architecture\-level decisions.

Contract \& Relocation Conditions

• Initial 6\-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment based on performance and hiring approval.
• **Mandatory UK relocation after 6 months** for candidates selected for permanent employment.
• Visa sponsorship will be provided.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to the UK and should not be submitted if they are unwilling to relocate.
• Continued employment and conversion are subject to performance and business requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
