We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate should be data\-driven and capable of generating high\-quality leads at optimized costs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads \& Google Ads
• Manage daily ad budgets and bidding strategies
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Track KPIs like CPL, ROI, ROAS
• Generate performance reports and insights

• *Requirements:**

• 3\+ years experience in Meta \& Google Ads
• Strong understanding of audience targeting \& funnels
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Google Ads certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
