• *Role and Responsibilities**

• Support in making the schooling curriculum
• Working with the training team on training content
• Facilitating session with students from government schools
• Deliver learning modules to children in physical/digital classroom in a child centric manner
• Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and government officials

• *Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**

• Prior work experience in Education sector of 2\-3 around years
• Graduation in Social Work/Education or equivalent
• Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication skills)
• Working knowledge of Marathi language is preferable
• Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates and senior managers
• Excellent technical skills including Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google functions
• Passion and commitment towards working with children and teachers
• Prior knowledge of working with children
• Ability to adapt quickly and look at big picture proactively
