Facility Management Operation Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Multi\-Site Operations \& Quality Audits**

• Travel to various client sites daily or weekly to conduct detailed housekeeping and hygiene audits.
• Ensure cleaning standards comply with the agreed SLAs and operational procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and implement corrective actions immediately.

• *2\. Manpower \& Team Management**

• Manage the deployment, attendance, and shift rostering of site supervisors, janitors, and cleaning staff across all assigned locations.
• Address frontline staff grievances, manage leave replacements, and control absenteeism to ensure zero impact on daily operations.
• Conduct on\-the\-job training for staff regarding grooming standards, behavioral etiquette, and operational tasks.

• *3\. Equipment, Chemical \& Inventory Control**

• Ensure all sites have adequate stock of cleaning consumables, chemicals (e.g., floor cleaners, sanitizers, glass cleaners), and toiletries.
• Monitor the correct dilution and safe usage of industrial cleaning chemicals to prevent wastage and damage to surfaces.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper handling of mechanized cleaning equipment (e.g., ride\-on scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, high\-pressure washers).

• *4\. Client Relations \& Issue Resolution**

• Meet regularly with on\-site Facility Managers or client representatives to gather feedback and discuss service quality.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any housekeeping\-related complaints and resolve them within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly site performance and attendance reports to clients and internal management.

• *5\. Health, Safety \& Compliance (HSE)**

• Ensure all field staff strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor the proper segregation and disposal of dry, wet, and hazardous waste according to local municipal regulations.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws regarding working hours and workplace safety for the deployed workforce.

Pay: ₹25,285\.16 \- ₹28,154\.93 per month
