Our premium senior living community in **Mysore** is looking for a dedicated **Resident Manager** to oversee daily operations and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care, comfort, and engagement. **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Community Operations:** Oversee the day\-to\-day management of the facility, ensuring seamless hospitality, housekeeping, and front\-desk operations.
• **Resident Welfare:** Build strong, empathetic relationships with residents and their families, addressing their needs, feedback, and grievances promptly.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and motivate the on\-site staff (housekeeping, security, and maintenance) to maintain high service standards.
• **Event \& Engagement Planning:** Organize recreational activities, cultural events, and wellness programs to keep the community vibrant and engaged.
• **Vendor \& Facility Management:** Coordinate with vendors for smooth asset maintenance, food \& beverage services, and utility management.
• **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and hygiene protocols, maintaining a secure environment for elderly residents.

• *What We Are Looking For:**

• **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in Hospitality Management, Residential Property Management, Senior Care, or a related service industry.
• **Skills:** Strong organizational, communication, and conflict\-resolution skills.
• **Attributes:** High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine passion for working with senior citizens.
• **Languages:** Fluency in **Kannada** and English is highly preferred to communicate effectively with residents and local staff.
