Job Description (JDE) – Facility Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage all facility operations and maintenance
• Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure
• Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP
• Ensure 100% utility availability for production
• Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs
• Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements
• Plan facility improvement and cost\-saving projects
• Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts
• Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal)
• Lead emergency response and breakdown management
• Develop and lead facility team, training, and performance

• PM Compliance ≥ 95%

• B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
