Factory Operations Manager(Food Industry)

Key Responsibilities

1\. Factory Process Transformation

• Standardize manufacturing processes across the factory.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

2\. Labour Productivity

• Optimize manpower utilization and allocation.
• Plan and manage workforce shifts effectively.
• Monitor employee performance and labour productivity metrics.

3\. Food Manufacturing Systems

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Manage production planning and inventory control.
• Maintain batch traceability and manufacturing records.
• Monitor raw material usage and production efficiency.

4\. Daily Dashboard \& Reporting

Implement and maintain daily dashboards to track

• Production output
• Labour efficiency
• Machine efficiency
• Raw Material (RM) consumption
• Production yield and wastage
• Machine downtime
• Quality performance
• Dispatch status
• Inventory levels

Key Skills Required

• Manufacturing process improvement
• Lean manufacturing and SOP implementation
• Manpower planning and productivity analysis
• Food safety and quality systems
• Production planning and inventory management
• Data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard reporting

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
