About the Role

We are seeking an **experienced Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser** who can seamlessly blend creativity with business acumen. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **garment design, product development, and sourcing**, along with proven experience working with **corporate clients**.

This role also requires specialization in **developing dupattas for value retail to kurti manufacturers**, with a clear understanding of **market trends, consumer preferences, and strategies to increase sales**.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative garment collections aligned with client requirements.
• Handle end\-to\-end product development, from concept to final delivery.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop dupattas for value retail, ensuring compatibility with kurti manufacturers.
• Analyze market demand and implement strategies to boost sales.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in garment design and merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and sourcing.
• Experience working with corporate clients.
• Ability to understand retail dynamics and create products that drive sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
