Job Summary
The Feedback Call Center Executive is responsible for contacting clients after their consultation, treatment, or service experience to collect feedback, measure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves maintaining accurate records and escalating complaints or service issues to the concerned department.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to collect feedback regarding services and treatments.
- Record customer feedback accurately in the CRM/system.
- Assess customer satisfaction levels and identify areas of improvement.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Escalate complaints or negative feedback to the relevant department for resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or resolutions.
- Maintain daily call targets and feedback collection reports.
- Ensure customer information is kept confidential.
- Share customer insights and feedback trends with management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Customer\-centric attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or feedback collection role preferred.
Working Hours
- As per company policy and shift requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of feedback calls completed daily.
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Feedback collection rate.
- Complaint resolution follow\-up rate.
- Quality and accuracy of feedback records.

Pay: ₹10,524\.84 \- ₹25,919\.94 per month
