Field Desktop service engineer

• *Job Summary :**

We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to handle on\-site support and service activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other IT hardware

Basic networking support (LAN, router, switch configuration)

OS installation and software troubleshooting

Customer site visits for service and maintenance

Coordinating with the service team and updating call status

• *Requirements:**

Diploma / Any Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics

Basic knowledge of hardware and networking

• *Freshers** or experienced candidates can apply

• *Two\-wheeler mandatory**

Good communication skills
