Field Engineer

Experienced and capable of handling IT infrastructure support to End users \& Top Management.

Deploy, monitor, configure, manager of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Mobile, VC Device, Conference VC setup, CCTV, O365 Configuration Etc.

Knowledge in Laptop/Desktop OS Installation, Repairing, Network Configuration, Endpoints issues, RJ45 Crimping \& Basic troubleshooting of Network

Resolved all assigned calls withing SLA and update in Ticketing Systems.

Asset Handover and Inventory management of IT Asset.

Anti\-virus and Patch management, Endpoint Backup management – Ensure all endpoints are updated with latest anti\-virus signature files and all critical patches.

support to Infrastructure team members in all areas whenever required.

• *Experience**: Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in a combination of L1 IT support systems Engineer.

· **Educational qualifications:** Degree in IT or related discipline.

· Experience of working in corporate office and managing IT Infra

· Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users.

· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
