Field Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive **Field Executive** to manage on\-the\-ground institutional relationships, sales coordination, and field logistics.

Key Responsibilities

**On\-Site Client Visits:** Visit institutions to follow up on pending orders and secure timely payment collections.
**Joint Client Meetings:** Accompany company representatives on institutional visits to assist with sales presentations and relationship building.
**Quotation Follow\-ups:** Coordinate with internal representatives to ensure prompt creation, delivery, and follow\-up of client quotations.
**Logistics \& Supervision:** Manage minor logistical phone calls, coordinate field dispatches, and supervise necessary on\-site work to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field operations, collections, or sales coordination.
Must own a **two\-wheeler** with a valid driver’s license for daily local travel.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
Ability to resolve on\-the\-ground issues and manage tasks independently.
