Position Overview

We are seeking an active and results\-driven Field Executive to lead our on\-ground property sourcing operations. This is a 100% field\-based role suited for individuals who prefer an active work environment over a desk job. You will be responsible for scouting assigned territories, identifying properties available for rent and sale, capturing required visual documentation, and communicating details back to the core operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout assigned localities, neighborhoods, and commercial zones proactively to identify properties available for rent or purchase.
• Capture high\-resolution photographs and videos of the property unit, the complete building exterior/facade, and surrounding landmarks.
• Accurately log and transmit property specifications, pricing hints (where available), and precise digital location pins to the internal team.
• Maintain continuous ground presence, cultivate local networks, and track new listings or "To Let" / "For Sale" boards in the designated sector.
• Meet daily/weekly territory coverage and listing targets set by management.

Candidate Profile \& Requirements

• Genuine interest and stamina for extensive outdoor fieldwork and local travel.
• Freshers with high motivation (0 years) or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in field sales, delivery, surveying, or real estate scouting.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th Grade (SSC) or higher.
• Must own a functional smartphone with reliable mobile internet and a decent camera for media capture.
• Strong observation skills, local geography awareness, and basic communication abilities.
