Job Description

We are looking for energetic and dependable Property Field Executives to join our growing operations team in Bengaluru. The primary focus of this role is to visit various locations, inspect properties available for rent or sale, capture high\-quality photographs and videos, and immediately share them with the internal team for swift listing and processing.

Key Responsibilities

\- Visit designated locations across Bengaluru to identify properties available for rent or sale.

\- Capture clear, professional photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.

\- Gather essential property details such as exact location, size, pricing, and availability status.

\- Coordinate smoothly with property owners or caretakers during site visits.

\- Promptly share all captured media and property notes with the internal operations team.

\- Keep the team updated regularly on newly discovered properties and market leads.

\- Maintain accurate records of all properties visited and data collected.

Eligibility \& Requirements

\- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.

\- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

\- Strong local area knowledge of Bengaluru is essential.

\- Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling, and exploring different neighborhoods.

\- Basic communication and coordination skills.

\- Must own a smartphone equipped with a good quality camera.

\- Possession of a two\-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
