Biofrost is a rapidly growing wellness and pain relief brand known for its odourless, non\-greasy, natural cold therapy products trusted by healthcare professionals and consumers across India. As we expand our offline presence, we are looking for a highly driven Field Force Manager to build, recruit, train, and manage our field sales team.
This is a leadership role responsible for end\-to\-end field force development and execution. The selected candidate will recruit and manage field sales promoters, ensure attendance and productivity, drive retail coverage, monitor sales performance, and help Biofrost strengthen its offline market presence.
- Recruit, onboard, and deploy field sales promoters across India and the necessary location.
- Build and manage a high\-performing field sales team.
- Train promoters on Biofrost products, sales techniques, retail engagement, and reporting processes.
- Monitor daily attendance, field activity, productivity, outlet coverage, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate promoter effectiveness and retail execution.
- Ensure promoters meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, stockists, and channel partners to improve market penetration.
- Implement systems for attendance tracking, reporting, route planning, and performance monitoring.
- Identify underperforming team members and take corrective actions through coaching and training.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recruitment, field activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Gather competitor intelligence, retailer feedback, and market insights to support business growth.
- 2–6 years of experience in field sales management, retail activation, sales operations, FMCG, OTC, healthcare, telecom, consumer goods, or direct sales industries.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing field sales teams, promoters, or retail activation staff.
- Experience handling teams of at least 10–20 field personnel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance through effective monitoring and coaching.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and market visits.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting systems.
