\* Responsible for field marketing activities for construction and real estate projects.
\* Identify and generate new project opportunities.
\* Promote and sell plots, land, and villas to prospective customers.
\* Meet clients directly, conduct site visits, and explain project details.
\* Build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
\* Generate leads through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
\* Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding customer requirements.
\* Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and sales activities.
\* Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
\* Good communication and negotiation skills.
\* Experience in field marketing, construction, or real estate sales is preferred.
\* Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits
