- *Job Title: Field Marketing \& Business Development Executive – Home Care Services**
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Field Marketing \& Business Development Executive** to promote our Home Care Services, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate new client leads. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities to increase awareness about our services and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapy centers, and other healthcare facilities on a regular basis.
- Promote and create awareness about our Home Care Services among healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Generate qualified patient leads and referrals for home care services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, discharge coordinators, and healthcare organizations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral channels.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and referring suitable caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare staff when required.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance updates.
- Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility in the healthcare community.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and meet healthcare professionals regularly.
- Sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, or business development experience is preferred.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive attitude.
- Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
