Location: Mind \& Brain Hospital

Employment Type: Full\-Time

Working Hours

  • **Monday to Saturday**
  • **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**
  • **One weekly off (Sunday)**

Job Summary

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, generating referrals, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate organizations, and increasing patient footfall through strategic field marketing activities. The role requires regular field visits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long\-term professional relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Promote the hospital's services to referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, NGOs, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and community groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong referral networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and referral sources.
  • Generate leads to increase OPD and IPD patient referrals.

Field Marketing Activities

  • Conduct daily field visits according to the assigned territory.
  • Organize awareness campaigns, health talks, camps, and promotional activities.
  • Distribute brochures, marketing materials, and service information.
  • Represent the hospital at community events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
  • Conduct regular follow\-up visits with existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Reporting \& Documentation

  • Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain records of meetings, referrals, and business opportunities.
  • Update CRM or reporting systems accurately.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with consultants, clinical departments, and the admissions team for referral management.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and patient relationship teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Assist in organizing hospital events and promotional campaigns.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Provide regular updates on market developments and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • **Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)** or **Master of Business Administration (MBA)**.
  • Specialization in **Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Management** will be preferred.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • **0–3 years** of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, hospital marketing, or business development is preferred.

  • Good organizational and time\-management skills.

  • Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and referral network.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and awareness sessions.
  • Two\-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Saturday.
  • Working hours: 10**:00 AM to 7:00 PM**.
  • Extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
  • Participation in hospital events, camps, promotional activities, and weekend programs whenever required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of field visits completed.
  • Referral generation and conversion.
  • Growth in OPD/IPD patient referrals.
  • Number of new referral partners onboarded.
  • Timely submission of activity reports.
  • Achievement of monthly marketing targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Compliance with hospital policies and professional conduct.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and hospital norms. Performance\-based incentives may be provided as per the hospital's incentive policy.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,105\.99 per month
