Job Summary

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Offenso Hackers Academy's cybersecurity training programs through on\-ground marketing activities. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, building relationships with educational institutions and organizations, and supporting student admissions through direct outreach and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field marketing activities to promote the academy's courses and services.
  • Visit colleges, schools, educational institutions, tuition centres, and corporate organizations to generate leads.
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, HODs, principals, training \& placement cells, and institutional partners.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Generate quality student enquiries and ensure timely follow\-up with the admissions team.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the academy at educational fairs, exhibitions, campus drives, and public events.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to execute offline marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain daily reports of visits, lead generation, event activities, and conversions.
  • Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and admission targets.
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility during all promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, education marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

  • Two\-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
