Field Marketing Executive

• **Lead Generation \& Conversion:** Identify and approach potential customers via field visits, local networking, referrals, and promotional campaigns.
• **Scheme Explanations:** Clear details on chit group values, subscription amounts, tenure, auction procedures, and payment terms.
• **Subscriber Onboarding \& KYC:** Collect necessary documents, assist clients with KYC formalities, and coordinate with the back\-office team.
• **Collection Support:** Follow up on monthly installment payments and assist with timely collections.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Maintain ongoing contact with subscribers to encourage renewals, group participation, and client referrals.
• **Reporting:** Prepare daily and monthly activity reports regarding site visits, leads, and conversions for management
• **Education:** 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 1 to 2\+ years of experience in sales, financial services, insurance, or chit fund operations.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
