The Field Marketing Project Manager is a client\-facing role responsible for leading and delivering integrated field marketing initiatives across media, public relations, events, telemarketing, and market research. The Employee serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and is responsible for ensuring successful execution, campaign performance, and long\-term client retention.
Operating in a fast\-paced and agile agency environment, the role involves close coordination with internal execution teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of multi\-channel marketing programs. The Employee is accountable for managing delivery timelines, maintaining campaign quality, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and execution outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing ongoing communication, stakeholder expectations, and overall account health to support retention and long\-term value.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrated field marketing campaigns, including media placements, PR activities, events (virtual and in\-person), telemarketing programs, and market research initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
- Work directly with internal teams and external vendors or partners to ensure timely execution of all campaign components and effective delivery of client requirements.
- Translate client briefs into structured project plans, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and execution frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and field execution metrics, and present insights, outcomes, and recommendations directly to clients.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, or bottlenecks and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful project execution.
- Review all campaign outputs and field deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with approved client requirements prior to delivery or client presentation.
- Lead client onboarding and project initiation sessions to align expectations, define objectives, confirm scope, and establish success metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for account expansion and support the development of proposals for additional field marketing or related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of experience in client\-facing account management, project delivery, or customer success within a marketing or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing integrated field marketing campaigns across media, PR, events, telemarketing, or market research.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution workflows, and performance tracking.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross\-functional delivery teams in fast\-paced environments.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline\-driven, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to resolve execution issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
