Experience Required
3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Manpower Services
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and deployment of manpower as per client requirements
Attendance management and maintaining employee recordsConducting training and development programs for deployed staffPreparation and submission of client bills and related documentsRegular follow\-up with clients for payment collectionVendor coordination and vendor management activitiesMaintaining good client relationships and resolving operational issuesMonitoring site operations and ensuring smooth service deliveryCoordinating with HR and operations team for manpower requirementsEnsuring discipline, grooming, and compliance at client locationsCandidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and manpower operations
- Knowledge of attendance, billing, and client coordination
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email communication)
- Ability to travel locally for operational activities
- Strong problem\-solving and team management skills
