• *WE’RE HIRING at Henfruit.in \| FIELD RECRUITER**
• *Location: Delhi NCR**

• *What You’ll Do**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for frontline and field\-level positions
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job portals amp; recruitment drives
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate interview rounds, documentation amp; joining formalities
• Drive volume hiring and ensure positions are closed within timelines **Build strong local candidate networks and manpower sources**
• Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment MIS
• Ensure regular follow\-ups to improve candidate joining and reduce dropouts

• *What We’re Looking For**

• 1–4 years of experience in field recruitment / volume hiring / frontline hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting candidates
• Good local sourcing/networking capabilities
• Target\-oriented with strong follow\-up skills
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Retail, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing or similar sectors will be an advantage.
