Key Responsibilities

Source and screen suitable candidates for job openings.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Support field recruitment activities and walk\-in drives.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.

Good communication and candidate\-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000\.00 per month
