• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our Study Abroad services and generate business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective students, building relationships with educational institutions and referral partners, and converting leads into successful student enrollments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.

Visit colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other potential business partners.

Meet prospective students and parents to understand their overseas education requirements.

Promote study abroad programs and consultancy services.

Counsel students about available study destinations, courses, and admission opportunities.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and institutions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads generated, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or business development.

Experience in the education or study abroad industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and client\-handling abilities.

Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

Target\-oriented with a proactive approach.
