Job Summary
Revalsys Technologies is seeking a proactive and results\-oriented Field Sales Consultant – Software Solutions to drive business growth through direct customer engagement and consultative selling. This role requires an individual who can independently manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
The ideal candidate should have experience in software, SaaS, or technology solution sales and be comfortable meeting clients face\-to\-face to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Identify and engage potential customers across various industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision\-makers and key stakeholders.
Field Sales \& Client Engagement
- Conduct regular client visits to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Present software solutions and demonstrate how they address customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, HR Managers, Operations Heads, IT Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company during customer meetings, business events, and networking opportunities.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand customer processes and identify opportunities for software adoption.
- Recommend suitable software solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and business value.
End\-to\-End Sales Management
- Own the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up on opportunities and manage negotiations independently.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities and achievement of revenue targets.
Reporting \& Market Intelligence
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or B2B Field Sales.
- Strong field sales and customer acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship\-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, ATS, CRM, ERP, SaaS, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud Solutions, or Enterprise Software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
