Location: Bangalore, \+ travel across South India

• *About the Role**

We’re an engineering design company delivering CAD, CAE, product design, reverse engineering, and manufacturing support to OEMs and MSMEs.

We need a Field Sales Executive who can build relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations teams and convert technical requirements into projects. You’ll be the face of the company in the field. Your job is to find new accounts, grow existing ones, and make sure clients understand how our design solutions save them time, cost, and risk. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients in automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, consumer products, and fabrication industries

Client Visits: Meet design heads, engineering managers, and plant teams to understand their product development needs

Technical Selling: Explain our capabilities in 3D modeling, GD\&T, FEA, drafting, BOM creation, and DFM in business terms

Proposals \& Negotiation: Work with the design team to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and SLAs. Negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing

Project Coordination: Handover won projects to delivery team and ensure smooth kickoff. Follow up on milestones

Market Intelligence: Track competitors, pricing trends, and new opportunities in your territory

Reporting: Maintain CRM with client visits, pipeline, forecasts, and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• *Must Have:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field.

· Diploma \+ strong experience also considered 2\+ years in field sales for engineering services, CAD services, tooling, or manufacturing

· Understanding of engineering drawings, CAD software basics, and manufacturing processes

· Valid 2\-wheeler/4\-wheeler license and willingness to travel 60% of the time

· Good communication skills in English \+ Tamil/Kannada/Hindi

• *Good to Have:**

· Experience selling to Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive suppliers or design consultancies

· Familiarity with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or AutoCAD

· Existing network with MSME clusters around Hosur, Bangalore, Chennai
