Job Summary

Ayika Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Area Field Sales Executive to manage sales activities, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and provide regular sales updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely follow\-ups.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools is an advantage.
