Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our products, visit retail shops/clients, generate orders, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should be confident, target\-driven, and capable of building strong customer relationships in the field.

Responsibilities

\* Visit assigned shops, retailers, distributors, or clients daily

\* Promote and explain company products effectively

\* Generate new leads and onboard new customers

\* Take orders and ensure regular sales growth

\* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

\* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

\* Collect market feedback and competitor updates

\* Submit daily sales reports and visit updates

\* Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market

Requirements

\* Good communication and convincing skills

\* Sales or field marketing experience preferred

\* Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset

\* Ability to travel locally for field visits

\* Basic smartphone usage for order/reporting

\* Two\-wheeler and valid license preferred
