• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a confident and **target\-oriented Field Sales Executive** to promote **ZygoLeads and ZygoRent** through **direct field visits.** The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. ZygoLeads – Real Estate CRM**

• Visit real estate agencies, property dealers, brokers, builders, and consultants.
• Generate leads and introduce ZygoLeads to potential customers.
• Demonstrate features like lead management, property listings, follow\-ups, and WhatsApp communication.
• Convert prospects into free trials and paid subscriptions.
• Follow up with clients and assist with basic onboarding.

• *2\. ZygoRent – PG \& Rental Property Management App**

• Visit PGs, hostels, rental properties, landlords, and property managers.
• Generate leads and introduce ZygoRent to potential customers.
• Demonstrate features like room and tenant management, rent collection, pending payments, expenses, and WhatsApp reminders.
• Convert prospects into free trials and paid subscriptions.
• Follow up with clients and assist with basic onboarding.

• *3\. General Responsibilities**

• Conduct daily field visits and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, visits, demonstrations, and follow\-ups.
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• **1–1\.5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, software sales, or business development.**
• **Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.**
• Comfortable with **door\-to\-door sales and client meetings.**
• Basic understanding of **mobile applications and software.**
• Strong follow\-up and relationship\-building skills.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
• Good command of Hindi and the local language; basic English preferred.
