Helium Renewables Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and target\-driven **Business Development Executives** to join our growing solar business team.
We welcome both **freshers and experienced candidates** who are interested in building their career in **sales, business development, B2B sales, and the renewable energy sector**.
Generate leads from commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
Meet business owners, plant heads, purchase teams, and key decision\-makers.
Explain solar energy benefits, electricity bill savings, ROI, and long\-term business value to customers.
Conduct client meetings, follow\-ups, field visits, and site visits.
Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements, proposals, and project feasibility.
Prepare and present business proposals as per customer needs.
Support negotiation and deal closure as per company targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow\-ups, proposals, and sales pipeline.
Share regular updates and reports with the management team.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and renewable energy.
Ability to build relationships with customers and decision\-makers.
Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of solar energy will be an added advantage.
