Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, goal\-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, expand our client footprint, and drive B2B partnerships through active on\-field engagement.**
  • *Position Summary**
  • **Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive**
  • **Experience Required: Minimum 3\+ years in B2B Field Sales**
  • **Location: Work from Office (with daily local field travel)**
  • **Employment Type: Full\-time**
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Lead Generation \& Prospecting: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients, scheduling and conducting face\-to\-face meetings daily.**
  • **On\-Field Pitching \& Demos: Meet with prospective clients (such as business owners, partners, or healthcare providers/clients depending on vertical) to present Next99’s solutions and close deals.**
  • **Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.**
  • **Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold\-outreach and initial pitch to negotiation and closure.**
  • **Daily Reporting: Sync with the office team daily to update lead status, sales pipeline, and local market feedback.**
  • *Requirements \& Qualifications**
  • **Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in direct B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales.**
  • **Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to pitch complex ideas clearly.**
  • **Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling objections, negotiating contracts, and closing high\-value deals.**
  • **Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily local travel.**
  • **Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable using basic CRM tools to log and track your field activities.**
