Field Sales Executive

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth through direct market engagement. The role involves extensive field travel to meet clients, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or distributors (as applicable)
• Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow\-ups (CRM/reporting)
• Coordinate with the sales team and management on strategy and targets

• *Requirements**

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Two\-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred (if applicable to fieldwork)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior experience as a **Medical Representative (MR)** is a strong plus, especially for candidates transitioning into broader field sales
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device sales
• Existing network with doctors, chemists, or hospitals in the region
