Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Interior Business Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our interior design and fit\-out services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Meet potential clients to understand their interior design and fit\-out requirements.
• Present company services, design solutions, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, fit\-out, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).

• Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and project workflows.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to read basic floor plans and understand space planning concepts.

Pay: From ₹12,000\.00 per month
